The conference will take place at the Forum Geesseknäppchen from 8:00 AM to 12:30 PM.

The Parental Assistance Agency is organizing exchange groups, providing an opportunity to discuss the daily management of emotions.
We are excited to contribute to raising awareness on this topic by presenting materials and books to help children work through their emotions.

Expert in Human Sciences(m/f)

 Missions

• Develop a specialized diagnosis and plan an individualized educational plan.
• Provide guidance to students upon request.
• Offer advice and guidance to parents upon request.
• Advise and guide local and regional teaching teams in supporting students with special needs to help mobilize their intervention resources.
• Initiate, as the designated reference person, any procedure for requesting assistance or support for students with particular and/or special educational needs.
• Conceptualize and initiate information, awareness, and prevention actions.

Technical skills

• Have expertise in the field of educational sciences, psychopedagogy, and the socio-emotional development of children and adolescents.
• Master active listening techniques and interview techniques.
• Be able to evaluate activities using appropriate methods.
• Be familiar with school legislation.

Behavioral skills

• Be able to maintain an authentic and sincere relationship.
• Demonstrate strong listening and empathy skills.
• Show professional conscientiousness.
• Have a strong sense of responsibility.
• Act autonomously.
• Be adaptable to various contexts and situations requiring initiative and interpersonal ease.
