CDSE - Mindfulness path
Mindfulness means, experiencing each moment consciously without judgement. The aim of this path is to spend time with yourself, to relax and recharge your batteries. The mindfulness path offers 8 mediation stations. Please, enjoy the park with all your senses.
You focus your attention on a certain thought, a movement or a perception. The respective audio files last 50 seconds up to a maximum of 4 minutes.
Stay in the moment and give yourself time to discover the meditations.
